摘 要:采用在线颗粒计数仪和在线浊度仪并行监测长江水源水常规处理单元出水水质,对常规处理工艺运行参数进行优化研究。结果表明,采用常规工艺处理长江原水,在运行周期内,滤池出水中2~3μm颗粒物数平均在50粒/mL以下,滤后水中浊度呈逐级下降趋势,颗粒物总量则逐渐上升,两者之间不存在比例关系;确定以滤池后出水中2~3μm颗粒物数急剧波动作为滤池是否需要反冲洗的判断依据,并初步验证当原水平均水温在18℃以上时,普通快滤池运行周期可以延长至42h,滤池过滤效率平均在3以上。The output water of conventional purification of raw water from Yangtze River was monitored by on-line particle counter and turbidity meter in order to find the optimal operating parameters of the water purification process. The results indicated that the average number of particles with size of 2~3μm was less than 50 particles per milliliter in the output water of filter. In the running cycle, the turbidity in the output water of filter fell down gradually, but the total particle number arose gradually, no direct proportion existed between this two parameters. The rapid fluc- tuation of particle number of size 2~3μm could be counted as reference for backwashing of the filter. Under condition when the average temperature of the raw water was more than 18℃, the run- ning cycle of the rapid filter would be prolonged to 42 h and the average filter rate was more than 3 with stable operation.
