摘 要:研究了混凝—O3、O3—混凝、混凝—H2O2—O3等臭氧组合工艺对某酒精废水的深度处理效果。结果表明:混凝—O3工艺中臭氧的加入同样可以达到单独混凝所达到的出水效果,处理效率高,减少了混凝剂的投加量,从而减少了产泥量;O3—混凝工艺的试验表明,臭氧对混凝存在促进作用,在相同混凝剂和臭氧投加量的条件下,O3—混凝工艺对有机物的去除效果好于混凝—O3工艺;混凝—H2O2—O3工艺中,H2O2的加入提高了臭氧对CODCr的去除效果,H2O2的投加量存在最优值,在本试验中一次性投加H2O2165mg/L时CODCr去除率最高,达75%,比未投加H2O2时对CODCr的去除率提高了45%。H2O2分次投加比一次性投加对CODCr的去除率高,同时,随着臭氧投加量的增加,分次投加与一次性投加对CODCr的去除率差距变小。An advanced treatment of wastewater from alcohol industry by combined processes such as coagulation--O3, O3--coagulation and coagulation--H2O2--O3 was studied. The results showed that coagulation--O3 process had an efficient effect on the wastewater, and reduced the consumption of coagulant and consequent sludge yield, comparing to coagulation process alone. In O3--coagulation process, ozone played a positive role to coagulation. O3--coagulation process gained a higher CODcr removal than coagulation--O3 at the same dosages of coagulant and ozone. In coagulation--H2 O2--O3 process, H2O2 promoted the effect of ozonation with an optimal H2O2 oneoff dosage of 165 mg/L and the CODer removal of 75%, which was 45% higher than that in the process without H2O2. The fractional adding H2O2 effect was better than one-off adding. Meanwhile, as the increment of ozone dosage, the difference between one-off and fractional adding H2O2 narrowed.
