摘　　要：在商业生态系统角度下,对我国目前由于低层次竞争导致的割裂的房地产业进行整体研究,从城市范围提出了房地产业生态系统的概念,同时在这一新的视角下研究了房地产业生态系统的安全问题,提出了房地产业生态系统安全评价指标体系和方法,构建了标准谱系,并通过实际案例说明方法的应用价值。Based on the perspective of the commercial ecosystem, the fragmented real estate industry is integer studied. Note the real estate ecosystem concept from the city limits. At the same time, in this new perspective we study the real estate industry ecosystem safety. A real estate ecosystem safety evaluation index system and meth- ods is provided. We create the standard pedigree, and illustrate the application through actual cases.
