摘 要:目的研究一种新型非热等离子体空气净化器并观察其杀菌效果。方法采用电晕放电反应器和空气微生物采样器法进行了消毒器研制和杀菌效果评价。结果利用电晕放电反应器研制出循环风量达到1000m3/h的柜式非热等离子体空气净化器。在高污染室内启动该非热等离子体空气净化器运行30min,对室内空气中自然菌除菌率达89.9%;运行60min后,除菌率达到97.0%。经净化后的室内空气中自然菌总数由7739~24788cfu/m3平均下降至474cfu/m3。在较低污染室内启动该净化器运行30min,对室内空气中自然菌除菌率为77.2%。经净化后的室内自然菌数由116~540cfu/m3平均下降至79cfu/m3。结论非热等离子体空气净化器对室内空气中自然菌具有较好的除菌效果。Objective To develope a new - type non - thermal plasma air purifier and observe its germicidal efficacy. Methods Corona discharge reactor and air microbe sampler were used to develope the disinfector and to evaluate its germicidal efficacy. Results Using corona discharge reactor, a cabinet - type non - thermal plasma air purifier with circulating air attaining 1000 m^3/h was developed. Operatibn of the non - thermal plasma air purifier for 30 min in a highly contaminated room removed 89.9% of the natural bacteria in indoor air and 97.0% of the bacteria were removed after operation for 60 min. The total natural bacterial count in indoor air decreased from 7739 - 24788 cfu/m^3 to 474 cfu/m~ in average after purification of the air. Operation of the air purifier for 30 min in a relatively lightly contaminated room removed 77.2% of the natural bacteria in indoor air. After air purification, the natural bacteria count in indoor air decreased from 116 - 540 cfu/m^3 to 79 cfu/m^3 in average. Conclusions The non - thermal plasma air purifier has relatively good efficacy in removing natural bacteria in indoor air.
