四种消毒方法对医务人员手消毒效果观察

摘　　要：目的加强医护人员手卫生质量管理,提高手消毒效果。方法采用手消毒现场试验方法,对医院4种常用手消毒方法的消毒效果进行了比较。结果仅用肥皂流水洗手,再经84消毒液浸泡1min的医护人员手卫生合格率为90%;另外3组消毒处理后手卫生合格率均达到100%;所有消毒前手上菌数均超标。消毒前手上检出金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓假单胞菌、志贺菌等致病菌和条件致病菌;检出率比较高的有表皮葡萄球菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌等,均超过13%以上。消毒后手上除2份标本检出大肠杆菌之外,未检出致病菌。结论所采用的4组手消毒方法,均可以达到良好的消毒效果。在日常工作中,医护人员操作前用常规肥皂流水洗手方法,结合常用消毒液浸泡或擦拭消毒均可达到较好的除菌效果。Objective To strengthen the sanitary quality control of hands of medical and nursing personnel and to improve the efficacy of hand disinfection. Methods On - the - spot hand disinfection test method was used to compare the disinfection efficacy of 4 hand disinfection methods commonly used in hospitals, Results The sanitary eligible rate of hands of medical and nursing staffs after washing with soap and flowing water followed by immersion in 84 Disinfection Solution for 1 min was 90% , and the sanitary eligible rates of the hands disinfected with all 3 other methods achieved 100%, The bacterial counts on all hands before disinfection exceeded the allowable limits, Pathogenic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus , Escherichia coli , Pseudomonas aerugenosa and Shigella and opportunistic pathogens on hands were detected before disinfection, The bacteria with high detection rate were Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli , etc, and their detection rates were above 13%. After disinfection, pathogenic bacteria were not detected except that E. coli was detected from 2 samples, Conclusion All the 4 hand disinfection methods used could achieve good disinfection efficacy. In daily work, the conventional method of washing hands with soap and flowing water combined with common disinfection solution immersion or wiping disinfection used by medical and nursing staffs before operation can achieve good efficacy in removing bacteria,
