摘　　要：从西咸经济一体化的视角出发,在调查研究的基础上,对西咸旅游同线的现状进行了分析,从科学发展观高度指出其存在的深层次问题,从系统动力学角度提出了西咸旅游同线行为发展战略的一些建议和措施。From the perspective of Xi-Xian economic integration, this paper makes an analysis of the present situation of ＂One-Line Tour＂ from Xi＇an to Xianyang, discovers the deep-seated problems in terms of scientific outlook on economic development, and then puts forward some suggestions and measures in accordance with mechanics of system on the Developing Strategies of＂One-line Tour＂ from Xi＇an to Xianyang.
