摘　　要：建国初期,我党正确分析国情,把握主要矛盾,不四面出击,调动一切积极因素,采取了一系列的配套措施,积极稳妥地推进了南方新区农村的土地改革,彻底废除了农村的封建土地所有制,为国民经济的恢复、发展和日后大规模的经济建设奠定了基础。In the early period after the founding of the People＇ s Republic of China, our party made a correct analysis of the specific conditions of our country, grasped the principal contradictions, adopted a series of coordinated sets of measures, and significant progress was made in the land reform in SoUth New Area. The thorough abolition of feudal land ownership in the eountryside had laid a solid foundation for the rehabilitation and development of national economy.
