生态经济脆弱区旅游开发扶贫效应感知分析——以甘肃甘南藏族自治州为例

摘　　要：旅游开发可以减轻生态经济脆弱区为缓解贫困而进行的经济发展对自然环境的压力,有效克服区域性生态脆弱劣势而导致的贫困问题。文章评述了旅游开发与反贫困问题的理论与实证研究进展;阐释了甘肃甘南藏族自治州生态经济脆弱性特征及旅游开发利用现状;以实地调查数据为基础对其旅游开发的扶贫效应感知进行深入分析。分析结果表明,当地居民对旅游开发扶贫抱有极大期望,总体上持非常支持的态度,对参与旅游业发展有极大热情,旅游开发在促进区域性的贫困缓解和消除方面具有重要作用。　Tour exploitation can ease the pressure of the natural environment caused by economy development and overcome regional poverty question in fragile eco-economy area.The theoretical and practical progress of relationship between tourism exploitation and anti-poverty firstly were elaborated.Then the eco-economic characteristic and tour exploitation condition in Gannan Tibet Autonomous State of Gansu Province was described.The feeling effects of tour exploitation support to the poor was analyzed based on the investigation data.The analysis result showed that the local residents expected and supported tour exploitation to overcome poverty passionately,and they had enthusiasm to participate tour industry.Tour exploitation can have important function which promoted to alleviate or remove the regional poverty.
