摘  要:针对火炮调炮精度检测方法中存在的不足,提出了一种利用双经纬仪和计算机组成测量系统进行火炮调炮精度检测的新方法。通过建立测量系统的数学模型,得出了坐标系内任意点的坐标计算公式。在此基础上,结合火炮瞄准装置校准过程的相应情况推导出了火炮实际调炮角度的解算模型。该解算模型只需2台经纬仪同时测出炮身轴线上2个设定点在调炮前后的方位角和高低角,通过计算就可得出其实际调炮角度。以此为基础的调炮精度检测方法能提高火炮调炮精度检测的快速化、准确化和自动化。In order to overcome the disadvantages existed in measuring methods of gun rotated accuracy, a new algorithm of measuring system consisted of double-theodolite and computer was put forward. The mathematical model of measuring system was set up, and the coordinate calculation formulas for arbitrary point in space coordinate system were obtained. Further, based on these formulas and in combination with relevant conditions in the course of adjustment of gun aiming device, the algorithm model of actual gun rotated angles was built up. The algorithm model may require only 2 sets of theodolite, they can be used to measure the horizontal angle and angular height of 2 set points on the axis of gun barrel before and after the gun was rotated, and the actual gun rotated angles can be acquired by means of calculation. The measuring method based on this algorithm model is very useful in making the measuring method of gun rotated accuracy towards high speed, accurate and automation.
