摘　　要：在分析社保基金运营预警软件功能需求基础上,提出了社保基金运营风险预警系统的系统架构、功能框架、MVC结构等总体设计思路,继而给出系统的类和EJB详细设计方案。Development of early warning systems for the social security funds contributes a major part to safety of the social security funds and provides a fundamental measure to improve the social security systems. This paper expounded some ideas on the design of architecture and whole function framework and MVC structure, then gave out the detail program of class and EJB.
