摘　　要：文章在分析我国农村人力资源开发困境及成因的基础上,探讨了发展农村高等教育对于促进我国农村人力资源开发的必要性,提出了大力发展农村高等教育,实现农村人力资源全面深度开发的几点对策建议。Developing na＇al area higher education is one of the important approach to promote the development of human resources in na＇al area. This artiele bases on the analysis of diffieulty and its eause of the development of human resource in rural area, diseuss the neeessity of developing rural higher edueafion to promote the development of human resource in na＇al area, then put out some poliey reeommendafions of the energetically development of na＇al higher education and the all - round depth development of human resource in na＇al area.
