摘 要:复合多自由度波导抑振器通常敷设在动力设备的壳体上,以抑制壳体的弯曲波振动和声辐射。所提出的"缩减特征值法"能有效预报波导抑振器本身受激振动后对壳体的抑振特性。该动力分析方法针对无波导抑振器的壳体结构进行模态分析,只需要通过一次计算就可获得复合结构的动力响应。该方法的优点是:第一,在得到复合结构的共振响应后,直接叠加起来得到宽频带上的动力响应;第二,考虑了波导抑振器扭转和摆动的转动惯量的影响。对应的数值模拟计算表明,"缩减特征值法"正确地预报了波导抑振器的共振频率,而且在宽频带上也基本反映了多自由度波导抑振器对弯曲波的抑振特性。Multiple-degree of freedom (MDOF) waveguide vibration suppressors are attached to shells of dynamic equipments for suppressing basement vibration and radiated noise over a broad frequency band. Here, an efficient and robust dynamic reanalysis algorithm is presented for predicting the dynamic response of a shell structure attached with MDOF waveguide vibration suppressors. With the ‘reduced eigenvalue method’, the modal analysis results of the shell structure without added waveguide suppressors are used, the response of the modified structure is obtained with computing justonce. The method presented has two salient features. One is that the resonance responses of the modified structure are provided, and they can be summed directly to estimate its broadband dynamic response. The other is that the rotar and the swing inertias of these suppressors are considered. All the results of the numerical simulation show that the ‘reduced eigenvalue method’ may forecast the resonance frequencyies of these MDOF waveguide suppressors correctly, meanwhile, all the results will reveal the suppression characteristic of MDOF waveguide suppressors for flexural waves.
