摘　　要：综合分析国内外数字化电网和信息化企业的发展趋势,从电力企业的电能流、业务流和数据流三维角度全面描述、分析电网企业的核心业务。结合国家电网公司发展需求,介绍了在构筑数字化电网、建设信息化企业的进程中所进行的实践和展望,认为未来电网将向数字化、智能化坚强电网的趋势发展,企业将向信息化、集团化现代企业方向迈进,数字化电网和信息化企业将成为电力行业实现现代化企业建设的主流趋势,伴随着相关领域的技术进步,其内涵和外延也将是动态的、发展的。After an analysis of global development trend of digital grid and informatized enterprise, an innovative view is proposed, which depicts core operations and managements of grid enterprise using energy flow, business flow and data flow as 3-dimension coordinate. Combined with development demands of State Grid Corporation of China, practices and expectations in the course of constructing digital grid and informatized enterprise are presented. In the future, digital and intelligent strong grid will become the development trend of grid, as well as informatized and collectivized enterprise will be direction of modern enterprise. Constructing digital grid and informatized enterprise will be main trend for electric power enterprise to achieve modern enterprise. With the technique progress of related fields, the concept of digital grid and informatized enterprise will be developing.
