摘　　要：简要介绍了大型抽水蓄能电站计算机监控系统的研究背景和意义,阐述了国产化监控系统现地控制装置研制所涉及的关键技术,结合十三陵抽水蓄能电站的工程实际情况,阐述了新旧监控系统并列运行的控制策略、数据接口和通信方案,以及系统体系结构、项目的实施及工程应用情况。The research background and significance for the computer monitoring and control system of the pumped storage power plant is introduced in this paper. The key techniques that are adopted in the development of the local control unit （LCU） in the domestic computer monitoring and control system are explained. Based on the domestic computer monitoring and control system of Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Plant, the control strategies for the parallel running between the new and the old systems, the database interface, the communication scheme, the system structure and configuration are discussed.
