摘 要:目的:研究不同年龄段正常膝关节软骨在1.5T MRI的厚度,以了解关节软骨的随年龄而变化的特点。方法:选择男性右侧膝关节无外伤、无任何临床症状的体检者30例,按年龄分为少年、中青年、老年3组,每组10例。MRIT1加权矢状位上测量膝关节内外侧关节面上下及髌软骨最厚处共5点测量关节软骨厚度。比较3组各点平均厚度。结果:平均测量结果显示,老年组、中青年组、少年组的股骨内侧关节面、股骨外侧关节面、胫骨内侧关节面、胫骨外侧关节面、髌软骨厚度分别为1.35、1.55、1.20、1.354、.20 mm,1.45、1.58、1.34、1.29、4.80 mm,3.14、4.87、2.90、3.08、8.93 mm。少年组各点软骨厚度与中青年、老年组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),中年组各点软骨厚度与老年组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:正常关节软骨随年龄的增长逐渐变薄;少年组明显比中青年、老年组关节软骨厚。Objective:To investigate the thickness of normal articular cartilage in the knee with 1.5T MRI in order to grasp the characteristics of articular cartilage as the age grow.Methods: Thirty volunteers were divided into 3 groups(the youth,middle-aged,and old-aged) according to different ages.The thickness of articular cartilage was measured on sagittal T1WI images on the right knee joint for all volunteers.The measure spot of the cartilage was 5 parts of the joint surface,they were the femur internal cartilage,the femur lateral cartilage,the tibia internal and lateral cartilage,patella cartilage.Each site was the place which was the thickest spot.Comparison of thickness in each site of measured spot was performed between different groups.Results: The thickness of articular cartilage also showed different with the age but with homogenous signal intensity and smooth edge.The outcome of MRI measurement for the femur internal cartilage,the femur lateral cartilage,the tibia internal cartilage,the tibia lateral cartilage,the patella cartilage were the followings: 1.35,1.55,1.20,1.35,4.20 mm in old-aged group;1.45,1.58,1.34,1.29,4.80 mm in the middle aged;3.14,4.87,2.90,3.08,8.93 mm in the youth,respectively.There was significant difference between the youth and old-aged group as well as middle-aged group(P〈0.05);There was no difference between the old and middle-aged group(P〉0.05).Conclusion: The thickness of articular cartilage of the knee could decrease as the age grow.It is more thick in youth than in old as well as middle-aged people in each part of surface of the knee.
