组织多普勒显像评价冠心病对右室舒张功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:应用组织多普勒显像(DTI)评价冠心病患者右心室舒张功能。方法:应用脉冲多普勒(PW)测量42例临床确诊冠心病患者在右室舒张期三尖瓣口充盈早期血流峰值速度(E)和心房收缩峰值(A),并计算E/A;应用组织多普勒测量三尖瓣环舒张早期运动速度(e),舒张晚期运动速度(a)及e/a值,并与健康组50例进行比较。结果:冠心病组E/A<1,而健康组E/A>1;冠心病组e、e/a均较健康组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病可引起右室舒张功能减低,因此组织多普勒显像能够评价冠心病患者对右心室舒张功能的影响。Objective：To evaluate the Value of right Ventricular diastolic function in patients suffering from coronary heart disease by Doppler tissue imaging（DTI）.Methods： The tricuspid valve diastolic flow velocity（E and A） was measured in 42 patients with coronary heart disease and 50 health controls by Doppler echocardiography,and E/A was calculated： The peak early（e） and late（a） diastolic velocities of tricuspid annulus was also analyzed by DTI.Results： There was E/A〈1 in patients with coronary heart disease and E/A〉1 in health controls.Compared with the health controls,the E,e and e/a in patients group were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： There is applicant value to evaluate the right ventriculer diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease through tricuspid annular diastolic Velocities measured by DTI.
