摘 要:采用氨水沉淀法、多元醇介质法和微乳法3种方法制备Bi2O3纳米粒子,运用BET、XRD、XPS、UV-VIS等手段对其进行表征,并以挥发性有机物苯、甲苯、二甲苯为模拟污染物,分别研究了纳米Bi2O3微粒的光催化降解性能。实验结果表明,用3种方法制备并经750℃焙烧的Bi2O3纳米粒子的粒径分别为50.6nm、38.5nm、31.5nm;所制得的Bi2O3纳米粒子对"三苯"类污染物均有光催化活性,其强弱顺序为微乳法>多元醇介质法>氨水沉淀法;而3种污染物的降解速度顺序为二甲苯>甲苯>苯。Nanoparticles Bi2O3 have been prepared by using the ammonia precipitation, the polyol media and microemulsion processes. XRD, BET, XPS and UV - VIS spectrophotometer were used to characterize the nanoparticles. The photocatalytic activity of Bi2 03 nanoparticles were studied by use of benzene, toluene and xylene as model volatile organic pollutants, respectively. Results show that the particle size of Bi2O3 prepared by different methods were 50. 6, 38.5 and 31.5 nm. respectively after calcination at 750℃. The order of photocatalytic activities of Bi2O3 nanoparticles prepared was microemulsion process 〉 polyol media process 〉 the ammonic precipitation process. The comparison result of degradation rate of pollutants was xylene 〉 toluene 〉 benzene.
