摘  要:针对城市污水深度处理除磷,研制了通量大、强度符合使用要求的无机陶瓷膜。过滤压差为0.08 MPa时,该膜的纯水通量为15.793 m3/(m2.h),使用时该膜易反冲再生。以Ca(OH)2为钙源和pH值调整剂,以聚合氯化铝为混凝剂,在pH值为10,聚合氯化铝剂量为0.10 mmol/L,反应时间为2 h,通过化学沉积-膜过滤工艺深度处理城市污水二级处理的出水,磷含量可从10.00 mg/L降至0.10 mg/L,浊度从1.5 NTU降至0.10 NTU。对城市污水二级处理的出水进行处理时,钙磷沉积的适宜pH值高于10。试验结果显示,陶瓷膜可以降低混凝剂用量、减小出水中的磷含量,沉积-膜过滤工艺是城市污水深度处理除磷的有效技术。Aimed at phosphorus removal from municipal sewage by advanced treatment, the ceramic membrane with bigger flux and strength is prepared. The flux of the ceramic membrane is 15. 793 m^3/ (m^2· h) at pressure drop of 0.08 MPa. The ceramic membrane is regenerated easily in utilization. When Ca(OH)2 is used as calcium resource and pH adjuster, polyaluminum chloride as coagulants with dosage of 0. 1mmol/L, and the reaction time and pH value are 2 hours and 10 respectively, phosphorous concentration decreases to 0. 10 mg/L from 10. 00 mg/L, and turbidity decreases to 0. 10 NTU from 1.50 NTU in the advanced treatment of secondary effluent of municipal sewage by chemical precipitation-ceramic membrane filtration process. In the advanced treatment of secondary effluent of municipal sewage, the suitable pH value is more than 10 for calcium-phosphorus precipitation. The experimental results show that membrane filtration may reduce the dosage of coagulant and phosphorus concentration in the final effluent, and precipitation-ceramic membrane filtration process is efficient for removing phosphorus from in sewage treatment.
