双极芒刺电除尘器与单极电除尘器场强分布对比研究

摘  要:为提高微细高比电阻粉尘的收集效率,提出能同时产生正、负两种极性放电的双极芒刺电除尘器。为分析双极芒刺电除尘器的性能,基于高斯模式和叠加原理建立双极芒刺电除尘器的电场分布理论式。通过与单极芒刺电除尘器和线-板式电除尘器电场的对比分析表明,双极芒刺电除尘器电极间具有更高的电场强度。To raise the efficiency of fine dust collection with high resistivity, it is important to improve the electrode arrangement of the electrostatic precipitator (ESP). Therefore, a bipolar discharging ESP is developed by fixing the barb nail discharging electrodes on both high voltage plate electrode and grounded plate electrode. To analyze the performance of this new ESP, the electric field distribution formula is derived by Gaussian electric flux theorem and the superposition principle. The comparative study of the electric fields between bipolar discharging ESP, point to-plate ESP, and wire-plate ESP shows that the field strength of the bipolar discharging ESP is higher than that of the rest.
