有色废纸浆几种漂白方法漂白结果的比较

摘　　要：本文介绍了几种漂白方法对有色废纸浆漂白结果的比较。同时介绍了漂前酶预处理和高强混合预处理的作用。结果认为漂前酶预处理对脱除染料无效,漂前高强混合对脱除染料的作用较大。几种漂白方法中,二氧化氯的漂白效果最好,次氯酸钠漂白效果次之,连二亚硫酸钠漂白效果再次之,过氧化氢漂白效果最差。The bleached results from colored paper with some bleaching methods were introduced. At the some time, the results of enzyme pretreatment and high shear mixing pretreatment were also introduced in this paper. The results show that no effect of enzyme pretreatment before bleaching and the larger effect of high shear mixing before bleaching were existed. The bleaching effect is highest with ClO2 bleaching, the next is NaOCl bleaching. The bleaching effects from Na2S2O4 and H2O2 are small and smallest.
