摘　　要：用层次分析法对防治白色污染的技术途径进行综合评价。北京市防治白色污染的技术途径应以回收利用非降解废旧塑料为主，以开发使用降解塑料制品为辅。废塑料进入垃圾处理系统后，先考虑焚烧处理，填埋为最终处理方法。The technology of prevention and control of plastics pollution is synthetic evaluated using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Pross. The prevention and control of plastics pollution should rely maily on recovery and utilizing plastics litter while developing degradable plastics. As the plastics litter in the system of garbage disposal the first disposal method is incineration, burying is the last method.
