摘　　要：通过贸易品和非贸易品(TNT)模型研究资本流入对我国资源进行重新配置的机理,从对我国实际汇率的结构分解中发现,贸易品价格变动是构成我国实际汇率波动的主要因素,资本流入对我国经济部门的结构性影响体现在大幅提高了非贸易品价格;而贸易部门中加工贸易部门较一般贸易部门获得了更多的发展机会,这带来了我国经济的结构性不平衡。应当理性对待资本流入,适时改变引资战略。In this paper,by using the TNT model the authors formulate the mechanism of capital inflow relocating resources of China.It has been discovered that the tradable price is the main reason for the real exchange ratet.Capital inflow has appreciated the non-tradable price,and made processing trade department achieve more development than general trade departments.All this brings China's economic structural disequilibrium.A rational attitude should be taken to capital inflow and different strategies should be adopted to attract foreign capital.
