摘 要:针对信息化条件下部队军事训练的特点,建立信息化条件下部队军事训练评价模型,较好地解决以往部队军事员事训练评价存在的片面性问题。运用DEA方法,确定了军事训练评价的输入和输出指标体系,建立了评价军事训练总体效率和纯技术效率的DEA模型,结合实例有针对性地提出了提高军事训练有效性的方法和措施。评价结果比较符合当前部队训练实际,证明了该模型的合理性,为军队信息化条件下军事训练评价提供一定参考。Aiming at the characteristic of the army military training on the background of the informational condition, the evaluation model of the army military training on the background of the informational condition is built, which solves the unilateral problem of the army military training evaluation in the past. Applying the data envelopment analysis methods, the input and output indexes of the military training are confirmed, the military training DEA model of the whole efficiency and pure technique efficiency is built. Combining to the practical example, military training of some units is evaluated, and the methods and measures of improving the validity of military training are brought forward accordingly. The result of evaluation accords comparatively with the fact of army training practice today, which has proved the rationality of the model and will provide some reference to the evaluation about military training of our army on the background of the informational condition.
