摘  要:利用盆栽试验研究了施硅对草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.)生长状况和抗旱性的影响,结果表明:施硅(SiO2)0.08 g/kg和0.16 g/kg土可显著促进草地早熟禾苗期的生长,第1次修剪前株高分别比对照高32.5%和28.3%;而施硅(SiO2)0.24 g/kg和0.32 g/kg土则抑制了草地早熟禾整个生育期的生长,年剪草量分别比对照降低4.0%和28.9%。说明适量施硅能够促进草地早熟禾快速成坪,而过量施硅能够抑制其生长。在干旱胁迫下,与对照相比,施硅能够降低质膜相对透性(RPP),增加叶片相对含水量(RWC),说明施硅能够增强草地早熟禾的抗旱能力。The effect of different Si application on Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis L. ) in terms of upgrowth characteristic and resistance to drought was investigated using soil-cultured pot experiment, the results indicated that 0. 08g,0. 16g SiO2 per kg soil significantly promoted the growth of grass during the seeding with the initial reaped leaf size and yield increased by 32.5% and 28.3% respectively compared with the control. While 0. 24% ,0. 32g SiO2 per kg soil restrained the growth of Kentucky Bluegrass during it's period of growth with the yearly yield lower than control by 4.0% and 28.9% respectively. It can be infered that measured Si supplement could enhance the growth, while excessive Si could restrain the growth. Under the menace of drought, supplement of Si reduced the relative panniculus permeability(RPP), increased the relative water content(RWC), which indicated that Si could enhance the resistance to drought of Kentucky Bluegrass.
