摘  要:文章针对无锡电力公司东亭变电所的电缆线路,进行了一排4孔(1×4)4根10 kV三芯交联电缆、三排4孔(3×4)12根10 kV三芯交联电缆、三排4孔(3×4)10 kV三芯电缆及三排4孔(3×4)110 kV单芯电缆共24根电缆等3种电缆敷设方式的载流量试验。试验结果证实:不同敷设方式对电缆的允许载流量影响很大,一排4根电缆敷设方式的载流量比单根电缆敷设方式的载流量下降了24%;三排12根10 kV电缆敷设方式的载流量下降了42%;24根电缆敷设方式的载流量有多元解,按文章中的试验条件,该电缆敷设方式的载流量下降了44%。文章介绍了试验过程记录,还对今后电缆排管敷设提出了应注意的事项。According to the test conditions in Dongting substation in Wuxi Electric Power Co., the current-carrying capacity tests with three kinds of cable laying way were carded out, such as 1 × 4 four triple-core 10 kV XLPE cable, 3 × 4 twelve triple-core 10 kV XLPE cable, 3 ×4 triple-core 10 kV XLPE cable and 3 ×4 triple-core 110 kV XLPE cable totally 24 cables. The test results show that the influence of different cable laying way on permissible current-carrying capacity is great, the current-carrying capacity of 1 x4 cables is reduced 24% than one of single cable laying way; the current-carrying capacity of 12 l0 kV cables laying way is reduced 42% ; the current-carrying capacity of 24 cables laying way has multivariate solution, according to the test condition in the paper, the current-carrying capacity of this cable laying way is reduced 44%. The paper announced the record of test course, and put forward the items of notice for cable duct laying in the future.
