摘  要:根据国家电网公司1000 kV特高压交流试验示范工程招标文件及技术协议中对瓷外套金属氧化物避雷器(MOA)的要求,参照有关国家标准、国际标准及文献资料,廊坊电科院东芝避雷器有限公司应用两项株式会社东芝已有运行实绩的关键技术:减震技术(装置)及高强度瓷套设计技术进行了1000 kV瓷外套MOA的抗地震设计。文章详细介绍了1000 kV瓷外套MOA抗地震设计的解析结果,对现场安装的课题进行了探讨。解析结果表明,减震技术(装置)可大幅减小瓷套根部应力(500 kV瓷外套避雷器可减小61%);应用减震技术(装置)和高强瓷套设计技术,可使1000 kV瓷外套避雷器的抗地震能力满足招标文件和技术协议的要求。According to the requirements for porcelain-dad metal oxide lightning arrester (MOA) in bidding document and technical agreement of 1000 kV UHVAC demonstration project issued by SGCC, and to refer to relevant national and international standard and document information, Langfang EPRI Toshiba Lightning Arrester Co. adopted two crucial technologies that Toshiba had operation experiences, damping technology (installation) and high-strength porcelain-clad design technology, to carry out the anti-seismic design of porcelain-clad metal oxide lightning arrester. The paper introduced the analysis result of anti-seismic design of 1 000 kV porcelain-clad MOA in detail, and discussed the topic of field assembly. Analysis result shows that damping technology (installation) can reduce the stress of porcelain-clad thoroughly (500 kV porcelain-clad MOA can be reduced 61%), the application of damping technology (installation) and high-strength porcelain-clad design technology can make the anti-seismic ability of 1 000 kV porcelain-clad MOA satisfy the requirements of bidding document and technical agreement.
