摘 要:在对离心泵内部流场进行全三维数值模拟的基础上,建立了叶片型线优化设计的数学模型.以叶片长度最短为目标函数,叶轮相对半径r=-0.5处无回流为约束条件,讨论了该模型优化计算的方法.在离心泵叶轮的基本外尺寸给定的情况下,运用该数学模型,研究基于高次曲线的离心泵叶型优化设计命题,采用黄金分割法获得了优化叶轮C2.将叶轮C2和C1进行同台试验对比,其中C1也是三次曲线叶型,与传统的单圆弧叶型非常接近,C1与C2相比,仅叶片的包角不同.研究结果表明:叶轮C2的总体性能优于叶轮C1,优化设计数学模型合理.Based on the full three-dimensional numerical simulation for the centrifugal pump, an optimal mathematical model of blade curve is set up. In this model, the object function is the minimum length of the blade curve; the constraint condition is no recirculation at r= 0.5. This model makes the design of optimum blade curve efficient. In this paper, the high order blade curve is optimized through this optimal design model with the same basic geometry, such as radius, blade width and angle in the inlet and outlet, the number of the blades, and the designed rotating speed is also same. The optimum blade curve C2 has been obtained with the application of the golden section method to solve the mathematic model. In order to check optimization model, two model pumps were made by curve C1 and C2. Performance curves of two pumps are obtained on the same test. Experimental results indicate performance of impeller C2 is better than that of C~, and the optimization design model has been approved to be reasonable.
