摘 要:经微波辐射对胶粉进行活化后,于实验室制备胶粉改性沥青.通过接触角等化学分析方法研究微波辐射活化胶粉的机理;利用扫描电子显微镜等微观测试手段分析活化胶粉改善沥青性能的机理.结果表明:活化后胶粉表面接触角、平衡溶胀率、表面羟基含量、含氧基团均增加,使得胶粉表面活性大大加强,活化胶粉改性沥青的结构更加均匀和致密,因而性能更优越.Microwave radiation was adopted to activate the crumb rubber powder (CR), the CR modified asphalt was made in laboratory. Chemical methods such as surface contact angle analysis etc. were used to study the mechanism of microwave activated crumb rubber powder (MACR). The mechanism of the modified asphalt improved by MACR was analyzed by microcosmic measures and tests such as SEM etc. The results show that the contact angle, the average ratio of swelling, the surface hydroxyl and the oxy group of the MACR are all raised, the structure of MACR modified asphalt is more uniform and compact, which greatly improves the performance of modified asphalt.
