对我国辣椒产业发展对策思考

摘　　要：根据上世纪90年代以来我国辣椒产业发展较快的有利形势和存在问题思考,提出以下发展对策:创新品种,优化品种结构与布局;加强综合利用,主攻精深加工;实施规范化管理;提升产业化水平,以确保我国辣椒产业持续发展。In accordance with the favourable situation and some problems in the hot pepper industry development of China since the 1990s,this paper puts forward the developmental strategy, that is, innovating on hot pepper varieties and optimizing varietal structure and distribution, making multipurpose uses and promoting deep processing, and practising standard management and upgrading hot pepper industrialization, in order to ensure the continued development of the hot pepper industry in China.
