摘　　要：针对系统效能评估ADC模型不能反映战斗过程动态变化的问题，提出了作战系统动态效能评估理论和模型，给出了模型实现的迭代计算公式，举例说明了动态模型算法的运用。模型可以结合模拟对所运用的数据进行校正，也可与少量实装及实际作战演练数据相结合，对装备与战术结合作战运用的效能进行评估。该理论和方法对作战运用效能评估具有一定意义。The paper puts forward dynamic evaluation theory of operation system effectiveness and gives a relative iterative formula as well. This paper herein provides an example of the application of the model. The model can he used to modify the data applied when integrated with simulation, and it can also used to evaluate the operation effectiveness when equipment is combined with tactics. The theory has, therefore, some guiding significance for operation effectiveness evaluation.
