摘  要:目的总结并探讨数字测量技术在儿童先天性心脏病介入治疗中的指导作用。方法129例进行介入治疗的先天性心脏病患儿,男58例,女71例,年龄1-16岁,平均年龄5.6岁,插管至相应部位造影后测量病变直径并与超声测量数据比较,在测量数据基础上确定选用封堵器或扩张球囊的直径。结果129例病例中PDA54例、VSD58例、PS 17例,在数字测量结果的基础上选用合适的封堵器或扩张球囊,大部分病例获得成功治疗。结论X线心血管造影对PDA、VSD、PS的部位、形态及大小均能良好显示,数字测量技术测得数据对介入器械的选择有很重要的指导价值。Objective To summarize and approach the leading role of digital measuring technique in interventional therapy of infantile congenital heart disease(CDH).Methods 129 cases(included 58 males and 71 females,aged from 1 year to 16 years and the average age was 5.6 years old) with CDH were treated with interventional therapy.The tube was intubated to the corresponding position and injected contrast medium,then the diameter of diseased region was measured and compared with the data from echocardiography,so as to confirm the size of the occluder or the dilatation sacculus.Results There were 54 PDAs,58 VSDs and 17 PSs in 129 cases,most of whom were successfully cured with proper size of occluder or dilatation sacculus ascribed to the accurate data from the digital measurement.Conclusion X-ray angiocardiography can clearly figure out the position,the shape and the size of CDH.The data of digital measuring technique has important leading role in selecting the proper occluder or dilatation sacculus.
