摘  要:碱性锌锰电池因其较高的性价比优势而在全球原电池产业中呈现强劲的增长走势,防漏性是其最主要的质量指标之一。碱性电池的密封质量和许多因素有关,除了被粘接件的表面处理外,主要与所用胶粘剂有关。胶粘剂必须具有优异的耐碱性能及牢固的粘接性能。此外还介绍了碱性电池封口剂的性能、类型及发展趋势,指出常温半流体型软封口剂将是今后碱性电池封口剂的发展方向。At the galvanic batteries industry globally, the enhanced trend in production of alkaline zinc-MnO2 batteries is present because of its high performance-price ratio. Anti-leakage is one of its main performance figures. There are many factors that are related with anti-leakage performances of alkaline batteries. One is the treatment of their bonding surface, another is sealing agents. Sealing agents used in alkaline batteries must have excellent alkali resistance and adhesive bonding performance. Performance and types of sealing agents of alkaline batteries as well as their developing trend, were also introduced, indicated that semi-liquidity flexible sealing agents used in normal temperature would be well developed before long.
