摘  要:利用可见光及紫外光分光光度法测定菊花总黄酮含量,可见光分光光度法是以芦丁为参照品,硝酸铝作显色剂,在510 nm波长测定总黄酮含量。紫外光分光光度法是以芦丁为参照品,在359 nm波长测定总黄酮含量。经过比较,紫外分光光度法是一种较理想的测定方法。Total flavonoid content in chrysanthemum was determined by VIS spectrophotometry and UV-spectrophotometry. The contrast sample was rutin for VIS spectrophotometry in which revealing agent was Al(NO3)3, total flavonoid content was analyzed in wavelength 510 nm. The contrast sample was also rutin for UV-spectrophotometry, total flavonoid content was analyzed in wavelength 359 nm. Compared with the results obtained from VIS spectrophotometry and UV-spectrophotometry, it was found that UV-spectrophotometry was a better method for detection of total flavonoid content in chrysanthemum.
