摘  要:收集了广东、广西、福建马尾松优树子代经测定分析后筛选出的186个最好的家系,建立了第一个多省区、高层次的马尾松优良基因库。两广马尾松优良家系在福建龙岩异地栽培表明,优树无性系当代及后代都能保持明显的速生特性,优良家系的群体异地栽培是可行的,闽西马尾松优良家系前期生长量仅次于两广优良家系,但后期生长速度较快,表现出较大的生长优势,特别对不良环境具有较好的适应性。通过"马尾松高产无性系再选择研究",筛选出58个速生、高产无性系,平均遗传增益达51.29%(最高达116.82%),可用于营建马尾松高产种子园。在"马尾松遗传测定林配置设计"中提出了3种改进型模式,其中"约束随机区组设计"模式的试验精度高、用地省,方法独特。Based on the progeny tests of Pinus massoniana elite trees from Guangdong, Guangxi and Fujian, 186 excellent families were selected to build a multi-province and high level gene bank of Pinus massoniana. The results of Pinus rnassoniana introduction-from Guangdong and Guangxi to Longyan Fujian indicated the first generation and its progenies from the elite trees could keep the fast-growth ability. It is feasible for the whole of the excellent families to migrate into other places, especially they performed good adaptability in bad environments. By the research of 'reselection of high-yield clones of Pinus massoniana ', 58 fast-growth and high-yield clones were selected. Their genetic gains were 51.29% (the highest was 116.82% ), and could be used to build high-yield seed orchard of Pinus rnassoniana. In 'the structure design of genetic test forest of Pinus rnassoniana ', 3 kinds of improved models were worked out, of which 'the restricted random block design' was high precise with less lands.
