摘　　要：植物病毒是制约花卉产业发展的重要因素,通过茎尖处理、茎尖结合热处理、冷处理、化学药剂处理及愈伤组织处理等方法可以去除植物病毒。通过查阅国内外研究文献和资料,综合阐述了茎尖培养脱毒、热处理脱毒、化学药剂培养脱毒、愈伤组织脱毒、冷处理脱毒等方法。Plant virus is the factor that inhibits flower industry development. Plant virus can be eliminated by shoot-tip treatment, shoot-tip and heat treatment, cold treatment, chemical treatment and callus treatment, so on. By searching the research bibliogra- phies home and abroad, this paper describes the methods to eliminate virus by shoot-tip culture, heat treatment, chemical treatment, callus treatment and cold treatment, so on.
