摘　　要：医院引进设备是否成功,最重要的指标就是使用率。为了确保设备不闲置,处于高使用率状态,就要重视引进前的论证环节。The most important index of evaluating the instruction of medical equipments is the usage rate of them. In order to ensure the high usage rate of medical equipments, we must value the appraisal link before instruction of them.
