摘　　要：建立统一的数据标准、实现对数据的质量控制与格式转换,是成功建立地理信息系统的关键.结合南京市规划局大比例尺矢量地形图数据建库项目,建立了基于操作的二维编码体系,探讨了矢量数据入库前的处理步骤,提出了AutoCAD数据向GIS空间数据的无缝转换方法,并对数据转换的质量控制进行了深入研究.实例分析表明,该方法具有较强的实用性.The key technology for successfully building a geographical information system is to set up a uniform data standard and to realize both the data quality control and the format transformation. With the project of establishing the large-scale vector map database of Nanjing Planning Bureau , the 2D programming system based on operation was established, the processing steps of vector data before entering into the database were investigated, the method of seamless transformation from CAD file to GIS file was proposed, and the data quality control in above process was profoundly studied. The analytical results show that the method can be effectively used in practice.
