摘  要:广安002-H1井为国内使用钻井液欠平衡水平井钻井技术完成的第一口水平段长超过2000m的欠平衡长水平段水平井。该构造为低渗低压碎屑岩气藏,常规钻完井技术开发效益较差。为此,介绍了中空玻璃微珠低密度钻井液和套管阀在该井欠平衡技术中的应用,旋转地质导向技术在长水平段井眼轨迹控制中的应用,PDC钻头在高研磨性地层的应用情况,着重介绍了长水平段水平井在井眼清洁、防塌、防卡、防磨、降摩阻、减扭矩等方面的技术措施。上述技术的综合应用,效果很好,储层钻遇率达82.74%,获工业性天然气。The well Guang'an 002-H1 is drilled and completed successfully by the UBD drilling technologies with the longest horizontal wellbores of over 2000 m.Because the geological structure this well drilled through is of low-permeability and low-pressure clastic gas reservoir,if the conventional drilling and completing techniques had been used in this well,bad results would be obtained in the end.Taking this well as a case of study,this paper introduced how the different UBD drilling techniques were used in this well as follows:①HGS(hollow glass spheres),a kind of low-density drilling fluid,②the casing valves,③rotary steerable motor system obtaining for controlling well track in the horizontal section,④PDC drilling bits in high-abrasive formations,and focused its study on the detailed technical countermeasures to be taken in the long horizontal section of this well like how to keep the hole cleaning,prevent caving and stick,resist abrasive wear,reduce friction resistance,and decrease the running torque,etc.All those techniques mentioned above were used altogether in the drilling of this well,the industrial natural gas was then successfully achieved at last with the targeted formations-drilled rate as high as 82.74%.
