油气井多级节流压井系统研究

摘　　要：多级节流压井系统由多级节流管汇、控制系统(节控箱及工控箱、控制软件)构成。该系统能实现多级降压节流、多路通道选择、在线状态监测、压力程序控制、远距离压井操作等五大功能,具有安全性、可靠性和可操作性三个方面的优势,可以解决超高压油气井压力控制技术难题,在技术层面具有突破性的进展。通过试验表明,在高密度(2.0g/cm3)和高固相介质(钛铁矿粉)的钻井液条件下,套压高达50MPa,但通过三级节流,作用在节流阀的最大压降为20MPa(仅为套压的2/5),经过近5h的节流压井作业,系统工作正常,节流阀阀芯、阀座均完好无损,保证了压井作业的顺利进行。与常规单级节流压井系统相比,使用寿命提高了5～10倍。多级节流压井系统后三项功能还可以方便的移植到常规节流压井系统,具有全面推广应用的潜力。Multi-stage choking & killing system is composed of multi-stage choke manifold and control system(choke control box,process control box,and control software included).This system can realize 5 functions which are multi-stage pressure reduction and choking,multi-channel selection,on-line monitoring,pressure program control,and long-distance killing operation.With its advantages in terms of safety,reliability and operability,it can help solve the challenging issue of pressure control on ultra-high pressure oil and gas wells.So this system has made great breakthrough in the technology.The field tests show when used in high density(2.0 g/cm3)and high-solids(titanium-iron fines)drilling fluid,with casing pressure high up to 50 MPa,this multi-stage choking & killing system controlled the maximum pressure drop on the choke valve to be 20 MPa(only 2/5 of casing pressure)after 3-stage choking;while the whole system worked normally after about 5 hours of choking & king,the valve plug and the valve seat were both kept in good condition,and the killing operation was completed smoothly with great success.Compared with conventional single-stage choking & killing system,the working life of this system could be improved by 5-10 times.The later 3 above-mentioned functions about this system can also be incorporated into the conventional choking & killing system,having widespread application prospects.
