介休市水资源优化配置研究

摘　　要：本文基于可持续发展理论和方法,以山西省介休市为研究区,将水资源优化配置和社会经济发展、生态环境保护结合起来,建立了水资源优化配置的多目标分析模型,以追求经济、社会、环境三者综合效益最大化;预测了介休市2010水平年的水资源供需平衡状况,提出了2010年水资源配置的最优方案。The paper based on the sustainable development theory and ways, focusing on Jiexiu city of Shanxi province, linking the optimized water resources collocation and social and economic development as well as ecological protection, establishes the multi-objective analysis module of optimizing water resources to maximize the comprehensive tri-benefits of the economy, society and environment. It forecasts the balanced situation between water resources demand and supply in the year of 2010 of Jiexiu city and puts forward the best solution of collocating water resources.
