摘　　要：近几年,我国西部农村水力资源开发利用程度较高,农村水电为地方经济发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献,但在开发过程中也存在着一些问题,本文针对农村水电开发过程中存在的问题,提出一些观点与看法。In recent years, the development degree of rural hydraulic resources is comparatively high in the west rural areas of our country, and rural hydropower makes the indelible contribution to the local economic development. The paper puts forward the opinions to address the problems existing the hydropower development.
