不同经济水平农村居民原发性高血压患病情况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解不同经济水平农村居民高血压患病情况。[方法]采用分层整群抽样方法对河北省冀州市不同经济水平的35岁及以上的农村居民进行了原发性高血压患病情况调查。[结果]调查人群原发性高血压粗患病率为40.68%,男性为38.82%,女性为43.03%,不同年龄组高血压患病率不同,且随年龄的增长而上升;调整年龄后男女性别间高血压患病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.358,P﹤0.001),女性高于男性;低经济水平组居民高血压粗患病率为44.93%,高经济水平组为36.55%,其差别有统计学意义,对年龄标化后,低经济水平组高血压患病率依然高于高经济水平组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=73.524,P﹤0.001)。[结论]经济水平不同高血压患病率有差异。[Objective]To investigate the prevalence of essential hypertension in the countryside of different economic levels.[Methods]Rural residents aged at least 35 years old from Jizhou,Hebei province in countryside of different economic levels were sampled by means of stratified cluster sampling.[Results]The crude prevalence of hypertension was 40.68%,that of males was 38.82%,and that of females was 43.03%. The prevalence of hypertension increased with age. There were statistical differences in the prevalence of hypertension between males and females（χ^2 = 13.358,P﹤0.001）. The crude prevalence were 44.93% among residents with lower economic level and 36.55% among that with higher economic level. There were statistical differences in the crude and standardized prevalence of hypertension between different economic levels（χ^2 = 73.524,P﹤0.001）.[Conclusion]There are statistical differences in the prevalence of hypertension among residents with different economic levels in the countryside.
