综合干预对老年人血浆溶血磷脂酸和磷脂酸水平影响

摘　　要：[目的]通过对徐州市离休人员的LPA和PA的筛检、高危人群的干预及血栓预防知识的讲座,探讨LPA和PA在血栓预防中的作用。[方法]在2004年和2005年分别进行血浆LPA和PA含量测定,并对LPA和PA阳性人员进行药物干预。[结果]在老年人群中LPA和PA的阳性率较高,干预后2005年PA阳性率及LPA+PA阳性率明显降于2004年(P﹤0.01),特别是PA的阳性率降低的更为明显。2005年LPA和PA的含量明显低于2004年,干预组干预后LPA和PA值明显低于干预前及对照组,降低了形成缺血性疾病的危险性。[结论]LPA和PA的测定可以作为血栓预警和了解抗血栓药物疗效的一个十分重要的手段,适量的阿斯匹林可以降低血浆LPA和PA含量,同时配合血栓病防治的健康教育,是降低缺血性疾病发生率的有效途径。　[Objective]To explore the effects of LPA（lysophosphatidic acid）and PA（phosphatidic acid）on preventing thrombosis by screening LPA and PA of retired citizens in Xuzhou,intervening to the high risk population and giving lectures on thrombosis prevention.[Methods]The contents of the plasma LPA and PA of retired citizens were determined in 2004 and 2005,respectively. Then the persons whose LPA and PA were positive were intervened to with medicaments.[Results]The positive rates of LPA and PA among retired citizens were relatively high,and the positive rates of PA and LPA＋PA reduced significantly（P﹤0.01）after intervention,especially that of PA. The contents of LPA and PA in 2005 were lower than those in 2004. The contents of LPA and PA were lower in the intervention group than those in controls and the group before intervention,which reduced the risk of forming ischemic diseases.[Conclusion]Determining the contents of LPA and PA can predict thrombus formation and can be important means to investigate the effects of anti-thrombus medicaments. It is an effective way to lower the incidence rate of ischemic diseases by low-dosage of aspirin which can decrease the contents of PLA and PA in plasma and suitable health education on prevention and treatment of ischemic diseases.
