摘  要:本研究尝试在低铬铁素体不锈钢中加入稀土,以改善合金的力学性能。利用金相组织观察、扫描、透射电镜分析、拉伸、冲击、硬度、热处理检测等方法,研究了添加稀土以及热处理对合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,稀土的加入使不锈钢的塑韧性和强度、硬度都有所提高;热轧态组织中存在马氏体,经热处理后,马氏体消失,晶界碳化物分布弥散,冲击断口呈现韧性断裂,钢的冲击韧性大约提高两倍。The rare earth element was added into lowchromium ferritic stainless steel in order to improve the mechanical properties. The influence of rare earth element and heat treatment on the mechanical properties and mierostrueture is studied. The mechanical properties and the mierostrueture were studied by SEM, TEM, tensile test, impact test, hardness test, optical microscopy test. The results showed that such properties as the hardness, tensile strength and impact toughness were enhanced with the addition of rare earth element. Martensite existed in the steel as hot-rolled. After heat treatment, the Martensite disappeared and the distribution of carbides in grain boundaries was dispersive. The fracture mode of the impact sample became ductile and the impact toughness was increased about twice.
