摘  要:采用仿生生长法在Ti合金表面生长HA涂层,在模拟体液中引入胶原并对生成的涂层进行热处理,研究胶原和热处理对Ti合金表面HA涂层性能的影响。利用SEM、XRD和IR检测热处理前后涂层的形貌、物相以及结构,通过超声振荡方法定性比较不同涂层与基体的结合强度以及溶解性。结果表明,胶原的引入不影响涂层的物相组成,有利于增强涂层的韧性,涂层经热处理后发生晶化,提高了涂层的结晶度,在涂层与基体之间形成了TiO_2过渡层,超声振荡试验说明经热处理后的涂层与基体的结合强度有所提高,并减慢了其在生理盐水中的溶解速度。Biomimetic growth method was used to form HA coating on Ti alloy, and collagen was added into SBF and the coating was heat treated to study the effect of collagen and heat treatment on the properties of HA coating on Ti alloy. SEM, XRD and IR were employed to investigate the morphology, component and structure of the coatings before and after the heat treatment, furthermore, the method of ultrasonic vibration was used to compare the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate and the dissolution rates of the coating. The results showed that the addition of collagen couldn't change the component of the coating, but it might improve the toughness of the coating; the crystallinity of the coating was enhanced by the heat treatment and TiO2 layer was formed between the coating and the substrate; ultrasonic vibration experiments exhibited that the bonding strength between the coating and substrate after heat treatment was increased and the dissolution rate of the coating after heat treatment in physiological salt solution was slowed.
