摘  要:本研究选用感光度高、引发速率快的自由基型2_异丙基硫杂蒽酮(ITX)作为紫外光固化引发剂,合成了可深层固化的自由基光固化树脂体系。研究了引发剂浓度对不同体系固化后的线收缩率、光固化度和体系固化后显微硬度等性能的影响。利用SEM和FTIR表征了聚合体系的固化结构和固化度;结果表明:树脂体系光固化涂膜交联密度高,层间接合均匀;光引发剂浓度为3.5%时,体系的固化度最好,双键转化率约为61.96%-66.35%;光引发剂浓度在3%-3.5%范围内,涂膜硬度达到最佳值;实验合成的树脂体系的线收缩率为2.4%。In this study, free radical photoinitiator resin system that can be cured in deep level is synthesised by adopting (ITX) 2-isopropyl thioxanthone, the free radical photoinitiator with high photosensibility and initiation rate. It also studies the influence of the concentration of the photoinitiator on the line shrinkage ratio and the state of cure in different post-cure systems. The performances such as microhardness in the post-cure system are also taken into consideration. SEM and FTIR are used to characterize the structure of cure and the state of cure of the polyreaction system. The results reveal that the cured film of resin system has the high degree of cross linking and the uniform layer-bonding. When the concentration of the photoinitiator is 3.5 %, the best state of cure can be obtained and the rate of double bone conversion is about 61.96%-66.35%. When the concentration of the photoinitiator is between 3 %-3.5 %, the best hardness of film can be obtained. The line shrinkage ratio of the experimental synthesised resin system is 2.4 %.
