矾土高铝—MA浇注料的研究

摘　　要：以特级铝矾土、矾土基烧结尖晶石和烧结镁砂等为原料，并采用合理的基质组成，ｕｆ－ＳｉＯ２、ρ－Ａｌ２Ｏ３复合结合剂研制了矾土高铝—ＭＡ浇注料。结果表明该种浇注料物化性能、烘烤性能均比水玻璃结合的铝镁浇注料有显著提高。High alumina bauxite MA castables were developed with high grade bauxite,sintered magnesia and bauxite based sintered spinel as main raw material.Optimizing matrix composition,uf-SiO 2 and ρ Al 2O 3 bonding agents were involved in this method.Results show that physicochemmical performances and preheating property of this kind of castables are better than that of water glass bonded Al 2O 3-MgO castables.
