摘 要:通过对青岛百盛大厦工程的计算机分析,结合高层建筑中具共性的一些特点,通过数据分析对比对在高层建筑中应用分体柱技术解决短柱问题的可行性进行了探讨,论证了在底部加强区采用高宽比小于4的实体柱,仅将上部各层短柱改为分体柱是防止结构脆性破坏的有效措施,而分体柱对结构自振特性、侧移刚度和柱轴压比的变化均影响甚小.This study focuses on the possibility of using the technique of separated-column to solve problems caused by short-columns through analysis and comparision as datum. This study also proved that using solid columns with a hight-width ratio less than 4 in the intensive area lower stories at the building, merely adapting the short-columns on upper stories into separated-column is a effective method to protect the building structure from fragile damage, which has little effect on natural vibration period, lateral stiffness and axis compression ratio at structure.
