淋巴细胞主动免疫联合静滴丙种球蛋白治疗复发性流产56例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨淋巴细胞主动免疫联合静滴丙种球蛋白治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。方法:将经临床筛查确诊为封闭抗体缺乏所致的复发性流产患者56例随机分为两组,一组34例为研究组,采用淋巴细胞主动免疫联合静滴丙种球蛋白治疗,另一组22例为对照组,采用传统保胎治疗(黄体酮加HCG),观察疗效及妊娠结局。结果:研究组妊娠成功率91.18%,对照组妊娠成功率40.91%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗联合静滴丙种球蛋白治疗复发性流产成功率较高,有较可靠的应用价值。Objective： To investigate the effection of immunotheraphy with lymphocytes and immune globulin intravenous（ IVIG ）in women with recurrent spontaneous abortion. Method： 56 patients diagnosed as recurrent spontaneous abortion cause of lacking blocking antibodies were divided into two groups ： 34 cases as group of immunotherapy with lymphocytes and IVIG （ control group ） , another 22 cases with HCG and progesteron （ comparison group ）. Result： The pregnancy and carrying rate showed ：91. 18% in control group and of its showed only 40.91% in the comparison group. Conclusion： Immunotherapy with lymphocytes and IVIG may act as an effective and safe method for treatment recurrent spontaneous abortion.
