摘　　要：目的:观察佳林豪(重组人促红细胞生成素rHuEPO)治疗肾性贫血的疗效及不良反应。方法:39例肾性贫血患者皮下注射佳林豪,疗程12周,采用自身对照法观察临床治疗后情况。结果:显效25例,有效12例,总有效率为94.87%,不良反应有血压升高、注射部位疼痛,非透析治疗患者用药期间未见明显肾功能恶化。结论:佳林豪冶疗肾性贫血安全、有效。Objective： To observe the effects and side effects of Jialinhao - recombinant human erythro- poietin（ rHuEPO ） on patients with anemia in chronic renal failure （CRF）. Method： 39 patients with ane- mia in CRF had been given Jialinhao by subcutaneous injection for 12 weeks , the clinical effects were observed by own control method. Result： Excellence cases amounted 25 , efficacy cases 12 , and the overall efficacy rate was 94.87 % ; The side effects included hypertension , pain in injection site. No degradation in renal function was found in non - dialysis patients during the medication. Conclusion： JIALINHAO could improve anemia in CRF safely and effectively.
